We ship worldwide.
Our products typically ship within 2-10 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS (unless the product is pre-ordered).
When you pre-order a product, the estimated ship date will be listed under the product title on our website.
If you ordered an e-bike, your battery may be shipped separately. In this case, you will receive a separate tracking number for the battery. This will help expedite your overall shipping process.
In some cases, there is a delay between the customer receiving the shipping confirmation email and the package being scanned by the carrier. The estimated ship date displayed when tracking the package on the carrier's website is only accurate after the carrier has scanned the package into their system.
To return a product, please mail it to the address we provide. You will arrange and pay for the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for the product, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Regardless of your location, you are responsible for complying with local rules and regulations regarding the proper and legal use of e-bikes.
